The tenant signs a hire contract directly with the owner (in some cases with the care-taker) of the rented object.

Traumurlaub-Spanien (Dreamholidays-Spain) Corporation (Reg.-Nr. 371 2175, Delaware) only acts as a mediator, and accepts no (legal) liability for drawbacks which may arise for the tenant out of the tenancy.   
Sue for damages must be claimed to the house-owner.

The booking fees of Traumurlaub-Spanien Corp. amount to 35 €.

Traumurlaub-Spanien (Dreamholiday Spain) Corp. can’t guarantee for the correctness and completeness of the provided information, because this are informations,
which are given of the house-owners.

In the same way Traumurlaub-Spanien Corp. can not be made liable for the condition of the rented houses or for disturbing influences – also not for eventual difficulties which may result from arranged contracts.
